Once you have received the information, then pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with the return slip so that we receive it within 14 days of the day the item was delivered to you. Send the parcel using any secure method and retain the postage receipt. Make sure your parcel is insured and prepaid.
We do not accept items that are damaged and have signs of misuse. In this case, we will not proceed with a refund, explaining the reason via email.
You can return a product within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. No returns will be allowed or accepted after the 14 days.ης day.

21. RETURNS
We hope that all our customers will be happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is faulty or damaged, please inform our Customer Service Department at 2241074470 or at change/return form as soon as possible and we will return or replace it in accordance with our Returns Policy 22.)
22. POLITICAL RETURNΝ
We will return the items within 14 calendar days from the day we are notified of the withdrawal, provided it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or abuse, including the original shipping costs.
You can return an item within 14 days from the day the item was delivered to you. No return will be allowed or accepted after that day.

Make sure you clearly mark the goods as returnable goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you paid for the goods excluding postage and packaging.

24. REFUSAL TO ACCEPT AN ORDER
If you place an electronic or telephone order, it is sent to you and for personal reasons you refuse to receive it at the time of delivery, then you will be charged the transport costs which are 10€ (5€ for sending the order from us to you and 5€ for returning the order from you to us).
You will be notified of the above, by automated email.
Otherwise, if there is no response from you, our company reserves the right to exercise all its legal rights.
Notes: In case a customer has already refused 1 time the receipt of an order and in the future wishes to order again from our store, the allowed payment methods are: bank deposit, payment by credit/debit card and PayPal. In this case, the cash on delivery payment method is not possible.
In addition, if the previous debt (10€) has not been settled, the cost of the new order is automatically increased by 10€.
